Online Pick-up Policies and Procedures
- 75% of the total cost will be refunded for cancellation up to two weeks prior to the pickup date.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations within two weeks prior to the pickup date.
- Chickens must be picked up by the designated date. There will be no refunds for chickens that are not picked up on or before the designated pick up date.
*** IMPORTANT: When picking up your new chickens from us, please be sure to bring a box/crate/etc. in which to transport your birds to their new home.
- We will be available on the designated pickup date from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM without an appointment.
- You can make an appointment (call 386-208-0495) to pick up your chickens early during week prior to the designated pickup date for your order.

- Any remaining chickens will be sold first come first serve by appointment beginning on the day after the designated pick-up date. THESE BIRDS ARE FOR SALE IN PERSON ONLY.
We also work full time jobs, so we schedule pick-up times after 4:00 on weekdays and Sundays after 1:00. These are the times it is possible for us to be available, however since we are involved in a number of activities, without an appointment there is no guarantee we will be available during those hours.
