Things to Consider Before Ordering Chickens
Planning to purchase chickens? Please review the following policies and procedures before placing your order to ensure a smooth pick-up experience.
Chicken Age at Pickup
All chickens are approximately 8 weeks old (2 months) during the week of the scheduled pick-up date. All Chickens are picked up at Happy Heart Farms in Live Oak Florida.
Online Orders & Pick-Up Day

The date you select at checkout is your official pick-up date.

On that date, pick-up is available from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

No appointment is required on the designated pick-up date.
Early Pick-Up Option
Need your chickens sooner?

You may request early pick-up during the week prior to your scheduled date.

Appointments are required for early pick-up.

Appointment Requests (Weekdays)
Because we work full-time off the farm, availability is limited:

Weekdays: After 4:30 PM
Appointments are required outside of the main pick-up date.
Please call ahead to confirm availability before arriving.
Available Sunday 1:00 to 5:00 no Appointment necessary
Important Pick-Up Deadline

All online orders must be picked up by 3:00 PM on the designated pick-up date.

Customers are responsible for tracking their pick-up date.

Unclaimed Orders

Any chickens not picked up by the deadline will be made available for sale.

Sales will begin the day after the designated pick-up date.
