At Happy Heart Farms, we take pride in providing healthy, well‑cared‑for pullets to help you start or grow your flock with confidence. To ensure clarity and fairness, we maintain the following policy.

1. First‑Week Health Guarantee

• • All pullets from Happy Heart Farms come with a 7‑day health guarantee, beginning on the date of purchase.
•  

  • If a pullet dies within the first week, we will refund the purchase price or provide a replacement, depending on availability.
•  

  • Customers must contact us within the first 7 days to report the loss.

Not eligible for refund or replacement:

• • Reports made after the first week
•  

  • Deaths due to mishandling of the birds in transit or at the customer’s location
•  

  • Birds killed by predators

2. After the First Week

• • The chickens’ health after the first week is strongly influenced by care, environment, and management outside our farm.
•  

  • For this reason, no refund or replacement will be offered for any bird that dies after the first 7 days of ownership.

3. Vaccination Information

• • All birds are vaccinated for Marek’s Disease.
•  

  • Because the Marek’s vaccine works by helping the bird develop antibodies, a vaccinated bird may test positive for Marek’s due to the presence of those antibodies.
•  

  • A positive Marek’s test does not mean the bird has contracted Marek’s Disease.
