How to Order:
- Visit our website: www.happyheartfarmsfl.com
- Go to the “Shop” section to select your preferred pick-up date.
- Choose your chicken breed from the drop-down menu. If a breed shows as “out of stock,” it’s sold out.
- . If you pre-purchase birds through our website make sure to read the policies carefully that are can be found on the online store, your receipt and throughout our website.
Pick-Up Info:
- Mark your calendar! We do not send reminders.
- Want to pick up early? Call us at 386-208-0495 to schedule a time the week before your pick-up date.
- If you order birds for different dates, you’ll need to make separate trips for pick-up.
- We do not hold birds past their scheduled pick-up date due to space.
- Please note that we do not release birds more than a week earlier than the scheduled pick-up date.
Inventory Updates:
- We list approximately 30% of our birds online for pre-order to ensure we can fulfill all orders.
- If we can’t fulfill your order, we’ll contact you with alternatives or a refund.
- We inventory chickens at approximately 1 month. When we do if the numbers look good we will add more birds to the online store. We may do this again as the pickup date gets closer as well.
Remaining Birds – First Come, First Served:
- After pre-order pick-up days, remaining birds will be available first-come, first-served.
- Check our website for available breeds listed under “Chickens on Hand.”
- We’ll update our available birds a day or two after each pick-up date.
- We will not hold these birds they are only available first come first serve.
- You are more than welcome to call us at 386-208-0495 if you have any questions.
*** IMPORTANT: When picking up your new chickens from us, please be sure to bring a box/crate/etc. in which to transport your birds to their new home.
