Things to Consider before Ordering
- Chickens are two months old on the week of the pick-up date.
- For online orders: The date you select when you make your purchase is the designated pick-up date. (This is for online orders only.) On the designated pick-up date, we will be available from 9:00am – 5:00pm. You do not need an appointment for the designated pick-up date.
- If you would like to pick your chickens up earlier than the designated pick-up date (during the week prior it), you can schedule an appointment by calling 386-208-0495.
- We work full time jobs away from the farm, so we schedule pick-up times after 4:30pm on weekdays and Sunday after 1:00pm. These are the possible times we can be available; however, we are involved in a number of activities, and without an appointment, there is no guarantee we will be available for pick-up. Please make an appointment before coming. 386-208-0495
- All online orders must be picked up by 5:00pm on the designated pickup date.
- Any chickens remaining at the end of the pick-up date will be sold on a modified first come, first served basis beginning on the day after the designated pick-up date. Because of our work schedules, it is important to call before coming to ensure someone will be home and to check on breed availability, which is how “first come, first served” is being modified.
